Chicken Chettinad is known for being one of the most aromatic curries in India, prepared using a variety of spices and topped with a boiled egg.
Pork Vindaloo relies on its heavy use of vinegar and Kashmiri chillies along with traditional pork meat due to the Portuguese influence on the area.
Also famed are some of India’s most visited pilgrimage spots, prominent one being the Balaji Temple at Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh.
